Wine Bucks — Terms & Conditions

  • Wine Bucks are issued by the Nebraska Winery & Grape Growers Association (NWGGA) and may be earned through the Nebraska Wine Passport, select TOAST Nebraska Wine Festival ticket tiers, Wine Bingo at TOAST, and other NWGGA-authorized promotions and partnerships.
  • Where they're redeemable. Wine Bucks are accepted at participating Nebraska wineries. Participating locations may change based on annual passport enrollment — please refer to the current Nebraska Wine Passport at nebraskawinepassport.com for the up-to-date list of redeemable locations.
  • How they work. Whole-dollar redemption only — Wine Bucks must be redeemed in full. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or change. Wine Bucks are non-transferable, may not be resold, and are void if altered, duplicated, or copied. Lost, stolen, or damaged Wine Bucks will not be replaced. NWGGA reserves the right to refuse any Wine Buck that appears altered, counterfeit, or otherwise invalid.
  • Expiration. Each Wine Buck carries its own expiration date printed directly on it. Unredeemed Wine Bucks after the printed expiration date are forfeited and have no value. NWGGA is not responsible for Wine Bucks left unredeemed at expiration.
  • Eligibility. Wine Bucks may only be applied toward purchases by guests of legal drinking age (21+). Wineries reserve the right to refuse service in accordance with Nebraska liquor law.
  • TOAST Wine Bucks. Wine Bucks issued specifically for the TOAST Nebraska Wine Festival are valid only at winery booths onsite during the festival and cannot be used at wineries for purchase outside of the event. TOAST Shop Bucks are valid only at the TOAST Shop for festival merchandise and cannot be used at winery booths or other onsite vendors. Merchandise sizing and quantities are limited and available while supplies last.
  • Distribution. Wine Bucks are mailed directly to participants by NWGGA. Wineries do not stock Wine Bucks for point or prize redemption pickup.
  • Program changes. NWGGA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Wine Bucks program, or update these terms, at any time without prior notice.
Participating Winery Information. Participating wineries accept Wine Bucks as currency from consumers for in-store purchases. Wineries are responsible for collecting redeemed Wine Bucks, storing them in the quarterly folder provided by NWGGA, and mailing them back to NWGGA by the published quarterly deadlines. NWGGA will issue reimbursement checks on a quarterly basis once redeemed Wine Bucks are received. Submissions that deviate from the published quarterly reimbursement schedule may be rejected. Wineries are responsible for return shipping. Explorer Pass reimbursement is handled separately and is not part of the Wine Bucks reimbursement process.
